We will not share candidate information unnecessarily.

Retention Period

Where a candidate is not placed, candidate information may be retained for up to two years unless the candidate requests earlier deletion, subject to legal obligations.

Candidate Rights

Candidates have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion

  • Restrict processing

  • Object to processing

  • Withdraw consent
